Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received by October 8, 2010. No refunds will be made after that date.

Accommodations
Call The Conference Center at NorthPointe at 866.233.9393 for room reservations by September 24, and mention the Ohio-ACC meeting. Room reservation rates INCLUDE dinner on Friday, October 15, in the dining room from 5:30-8:00 pm (or boxed dinner for late arrival with prior notification), and overnight accommodations.

The special discounted rates are as follows:

* Meeting attendee single occupancy is $199 + tax

* Meeting attendee double occupancy is $175 + tax per meeting attendee
